In a deal rumored to exceed $20 million, Mrs. LeBron Wade has become one of the new faces of CoverGirl cosmetics.

Joining other divas such as Drew Barrymore, Queen Latifah, and Ellen DeGeneres, Mrs. Wade has however become the first male athlete to endorse any cosmetics line.

“We see Bronnie as a good fit in our crew of beautiful people that endorse our products,”
said Samuel Gifford, a marketing exec at Proctor & Gamble, the owner of the CoverGirl brand. “We were looking for somebody who could show America how resilient our product is, that our eyeliner can hold up even when hustling around the basketball court trying to help your NBA Champion husband win games. Even with all of that, Mrs. Wade will still look beautiful.”…

As seems to be the case more and more these days, the actual negotiations were primarily conducted with Mr. Maverick Carter, co-founder of LRMR, LeBron’s marketing agency. A world-class and well respected company in the business world, LRMR has already established itself as having a dynamic and proven track record of top-shelf performance. LRMR was the driving force, with ESPN, in the creation of the critically acclaimed “The Decision”, which entertained fans with its depth and creativity.

“We’re pretty sure that this is a perfect move,” Maverick Carter told us. “How can a lucrative make-up deal be a bad thing when trying to market Mrs. LeBron Wade as an athlete that people can relate to, and love?

“We at LRMR like to shoot first and ask questions later,” Carter continued. “We go by the gut. And my gut is telling me that just like ‘The Decision’, which was maybe the best idea ever, this contract will go a long way in establishing LeBron as a terrific supporting cast player in the NBA, and a beautiful and feminine wife to NBA Champion Dwyane Wade.”

Mrs. Wade also received a lot of support from the iconic cast of beautiful divas that have also endorsed CoverGirl products. Both Ellen DeGeneres and Queen Latifah have offered support to their new cosmetic colleague.
