5-time NBA Champion Kobe Bryant was interviewed yesterday after the first day of training camp regarding the upcoming NBA season. Though some discussion occurred regarding his hopes and goals for the Los Angeles Lakers, the bulk of the question and answer session were dedicated to the new “Super Team” in Miami and Dwyane Wade taking LeBron Wade as his wife.
Often times Kobe seemed confused regarding references to the marriage between his Olympian teammates, and he often suggested that the reporters were “playing jokes on (him)”.

Though Pat Riley has expressed concerns with his supporting cast forward having extraneous requirements during the halftime dance show, he has relented and will allow it on a trial basis for this season.

Hey guys! Been busy with the start up of pre-season camp. Yesterday I faked an elbow injury and Dwyaney faked a twisted ankle at the same time. We went back to the locker room and we had a very hot quickie! He banged me twice! It was amazing! More to follow!
I was just sitting here ironing Dwyaney’s socks and thinking about how the NBA can really make the leap to the next level, like the NFL. People seem to prefer the NFL these days, where their ratings keep soaring, the ratings in the NBA and baseball keep falling.

Mrs. Lebron Wade has added a few new villains to his Enemy List, the list containing all the people and things that he is really upset with.
In the past month, Lebron Wade, wife of NBA Champion Dwyane Wade, has added NBA legends Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, and Magic Johnson to his list. The additions of the NBA Champions Magic, Michael, and Larry came after comments that each made on how they would never have joined forces with other superstars of their era, and also would never have married them.
“I would not have married Larry, and he sure as hell would not have married me,” Magic clarified. “But I guess it’s a different era, where very talented players don’t have it in them to beat other superstars, and just aren’t driven enough to show the world that they’re the best. But I’ve put that on hold for now, because I can’t get enough of this lollipop that I snuck into the house. I had four cavities the last time LeMom took me to the dentist, and she cut me off from all sweets. Watching films of last year, it was readily apparent that I get fouled so much more often than the officials call a foul for me.
Nearly every time I go to the basket, somebody is slapping my hand or bumping me or making illegal contact in some form or fashion. It’s non-stop, and it’s got to stop.
What was more bizarre was that I’ve told the referees nearly every time that they had made a mistake, and that I was clearly fouled, sometimes taking so long that my team-mates were not able to play defense on the other team’s break. I was so committed to telling the referees that I had been fouled, that I was willing to sacrifice my defensive responsibilities to make sure the refs knew of their horrible mistake!
Did it matter? Sometimes. Only sometimes would the referees call the foul on the next play when I inevitably would get fouled again. Were they even listening as I gave up defensive assignments to tell them they had missed a call? I’m not sure, but if not, then I don’t know why we’re paying them. … Read More »

Things have changed quite a bit for LeBron this upcoming season. Not only has his team changed, and his marriage status changed from single to wife-of-NBA Champion Dwyane Wade, but his body has changed a bit as well.

At the end of the Cleveland Cavaliers’ run this past NBA season, rumors circulated that the Cavaliers’ reserve guard Delonte West was having intimate relations with Ms. Gloria James, Mrs. Lebron Wade’s mother. Some speculated that this relationship infuriated Lebron and led to his dismal and lackluster performance in the playoffs, resulting in a second round exit for the one time favorites for the NBA Championship.

I know I’m new. I know that I am not the owner of the American Airlines Arena, nor am I even the best player on the new Miami Heat basketball team. But I do plan on giving it my all every chance I can in the upcoming season; and knowing that, I ask that you consider my following requests.
I’ve been watching film of last year’s Miami Heat season. I’m a student of the game, and a student of marketing this game to the fans. There are a lot of things that American Airlines Arena and the Miami Heat organization do that are really excellent. The upbeat hip-hop announcer, the flames, the graphics which induce people to clap at the appropriate times… They do a great job even though the fans wouldn’t even sell out their playoff games for the last couple of years.
But I have some ideas that might just kick up the performance a notch, and I hope you’ll keep them in mind:
